General Terms and Conditions — Crasset

1. Platform operator
Crasset is a premium asset marketplace operated by Qaptal S.L., Polígono Landabaso, Fase 2, Pabellón 7.9, 48370 Bermeo, Bizkaia, Spain. Contact: info@crasset.net
2. Purpose
Crasset provides an online platform for the auction and direct sale of premium real-world assets including real estate, vehicles, boats, yachts and investment projects. Crasset acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers and is not party to any transaction.
3. Registration
Users must register with accurate and complete information. Crasset reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
4. Listings
All listings are published by verified sellers. Crasset does not guarantee the accuracy of listing descriptions. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before any purchase.
5. Payments
All transactions are processed through Stripe. Crasset does not store payment data. Buyers wishing to pay using cryptocurrency must first convert their funds to fiat currency via a regulated exchange before completing payment through Stripe.
6. Fees
Sellers are subject to the fee structure agreed at registration. Buyers pay the listed price with no additional platform fees unless stated in the listing.
7. Limitation of liability
Crasset is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, asset valuations, or transaction outcomes. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bizkaia, Spain.
